Day event 10am -10pm (12 hour slot)

• Parking available on property & on street
• Security deposit. nonnegotiable. Returned if no damages.
• Accessible areas during event | Entire outdoor event space (front of house, side deck and garden patio, grilling area, guest washrooms, fire pit area and mini golf area.
• Swimming Pool and attached casita/cabana
• Outdoor Amphitheater seating area with incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean
